Bookings
All bookings, and subsequent amendments, are made through Fully Booked and are the responsibilities of families and caregivers to make. Please ensure all bookings are read carefully for excursion and incursion times.

Cancellation Fees
$10 within 7 days of the booking.
Full Charge within 24 hours of the booking.

Pick up Procedure
Ensure anyone picking up your child is listed on the Fully Booked portal. Identification is required for the first pick-up.

Medications & Health Conditions
Please ensure up-to-date medical action plans and medications are provided before attendance. In case of an emergency we will need the most up to date information and medication

Sun Safe
When the UV is 3+ hats are mandatory. Please ensure your child has a bucket/legionnaires /wide brim hat. They will not be able to play outside without one. If a hat is not provided on an excursion or outdoor incursion day, one will be given to your child to keep and you will receive a $15 charge to your account.

Excursion Authorisation
By booking an excursion and ticking the authorisation form for that days activity, you are agreeing for your child to travel on A1 Tour and Charter Buses to and from the excursion location. Please check bus departure times to ensure your child is not late for the excursion as we will not be able to wait past the departure times due to excursion time constraints.
