I started working for Keithcot Kings OSHC in the first term Vacation Care Holidays in 2021! It was so great to spend so much time with a lot of the kids within the two weeks as it really helped me develop great relationships really quickly!  

 

Since leaving school in 2013, I worked at JB HiFi, an insurance company and am now currently an SSO at Lake Windemere B-7 School. I am also in my final year of a Bachelor of Education (Primary-Middle) and am very excited to finally see the light at the end of the tunnel! Having a 5 year gap between school & study benefitted me greatly as it gave me an opportunity to get some life experience, travel, explore the corporate world and take my time figuring out exactly where I wanted to go.  

 

I really enjoy the contrast of working as both an OSHC Educator and a SSO at different schools, as I have been able to expand my skills and knowledge by working with a huge range of students from various demographics and schooling environments. 

 

Outside of work, you will probably find me reading a book, doing pilates, patting other people’s dogs or strapping in for a movie or TV show marathon!
